The camera ready copy deadline is 1 June 2004.

You need to register (link to registration) for ISSSTA�04 before submitting the camera ready copy of your paper.

Once your registration and payment have been received, you will receive a password via e-mail that allows you to enter the submission site.

For each paper, there must be a registered speaker - delegate or student.

Students must send a proof of their student status via fax or e-mail to Conference Professionals eloise@conferenceprofessionals.com.au, fax. +61 (2) 9328 5537, before their registration can be confirmed.

Please also fax a signed copyright form to Ms. Hanna Saarela, fax. +358-8-553 2845, hanna.saarela@ee.oulu.fi, when doing your registration. The IEEE Copyright Form is available in pdf and doc formats.

Your camera ready paper must be produced according to the IEEE guidelines for conference papers to be included in conference proceedings. Only camera ready papers in PDF format and with print quality resolution can be submitted via the website. The maximum paper length is five pages. Each additional page will incur a cost of 150 AUD. Please make sure you have a browser that supports uploading via a web form. That is necessary for submission of a camera ready paper � Step 2 in the submission process.
