The Eighth IEEE International Symposium on Spread Spectrum Techniques and Applications (ISSSTA) will take place in Sydney, Australia from 30 August through 2 September 2004.

Six tutorials will be organised on Monday 30 August.

On the three Symposium days – Tue 31 August - Thu 2 September – the programme will consists of a Plenary Session in the morning and six parallel sessions from 10.30 to 17.00.

Topics that run through the Symposium are MIMO, P2P, Signal Design, Multiuser, Signal Processing, Multicarrier and Applications.

The social programme includes
- a Welcome Reception in the Museum of Contemporary Art on 30 August starting at 19.00-21.00.
- a Banquet in the Summit Restaurant on 1 September at 19.00-23.00.
